Not Proud - online confessions
i really like when i re/discover a site like - Not Proud - especially now that i’m reading on virtual community 24/7 as part of my research practicum
i think flickr and sites like postsecret, notproud, and grouphug are turning me into a voyeur - which is really disturbing - but then again:
“you HATE people!”
- “but I love gatherings, isn’t it ironic?”

mmm, do you really think it’s voyeuristic? i was afraid of that to, and was going to actually admit to it in a paper, then i found some definitions and um, no, i’m not a voyeur. i decided that a better descriptor is ‘guilty pleasure’…doesn’t that sound a little better, and i think describes what you/me are finding.
